1. No Refunds for Completed Services
Once a legal service has been completed or a consultation has been provided, we do not offer refunds. Legal services are based on professional time and expertise, and once rendered, they cannot be returned or undone. This includes, but is not limited to, legal consultations, contract drafting, representation, and any other completed legal work.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Non-performance of Service: If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon legal service due to reasons beyond our control or due to a mutual decision to terminate the service before significant work has been done.
Overpayment: If you accidentally make an overpayment for our services, we will refund the excess amount upon your request.
Any request for a refund must be made within 14 days from the date of payment and will be subject to review by our management team. Please note that initiating the refund process does not guarantee approval of your request.
3. Retainer Fees
For clients who have paid a retainer fee for ongoing legal services, the unused portion of the retainer may be refundable if the client decides to terminate the engagement before the completion of services. The refund amount will be calculated based on the time and resources already spent on your case up to the date of termination. Any services rendered or expenses incurred will be deducted from the retainer before the refund is processed.
4. Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation or legal service, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a fee for the missed appointment. Prepaid consultation fees may be applied to future appointments if rescheduled in accordance with this policy.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with the legal services provided, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss the matter. We will do our best to address your concerns and find a fair resolution. However, refunds will not be granted based on dissatisfaction with the outcome of a legal matter, as legal results are inherently uncertain and cannot be guaranteed.
